*ಜಯದೇವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೇ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್ 12: ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ವೆಟ್ ಹಾಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಯುನಿಟಿ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ನೈಂಟಿಗೇಲ್ ಶುಶ್ರೂಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜತೆಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಇಚ್ಚಾಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.
ಜಯದೇವ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಒಂದು ಮಾದರಿ. ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆ ರೀತಿಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ, ಶುಚಿತ್ವ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಜಯದೇವ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೇ ಇತರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವುದು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಂದರು.
"ಲೇಡಿ ವಿತ್ ದಿ ಲ್ಯಾಂಪ್" ಹೆಸರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಕಿ ಫ್ಲಾರೆನ್ಸ್ ನೈಟಿಂಗೇಲ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ 21ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದದ್ದು ಎಂದರು.
ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಿಜವಾದ ವಾರಸುದಾರರು ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಕಿಯರು. ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಿಕಿಯರು ನಗುತ್ತಾ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯೇ ಗುಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ರೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮದ್ದು. ನರ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ನಗು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಲು ನೆರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.

ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಗುಂಡೂರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Bangalore, June 12: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that necessary steps would be taken to improve treatment and service quality in government hospitals.
He spoke at the Florence Nightingale Nurses Awards ceremony held in collaboration with the Health Department and Indian Unity Center at the Banquet Hall of Vidhana Soudha .
A system should be evolved such that everyone including me can get treatment in government hospitals. This requires the government and the health workers to work together with determination.
Jayadeva Hospital is a model. All politicians are treated in this hospital. Quality, cleanliness, discipline persists in Jayadeva Hospital. It is possible to create the same system in other government hospitals as well. All that is needed for this, is honesty, service spirit and diligence, he said.
Congratulating all the awardees for the year 2023 which is named after Florence Nightingale, who was known as "Lady with the Lamp", the Chief Minister said that nursing profession is the most sacred one.
Nurses are the true caretakers of all patients. If the nurses work with a smile , half the disease will be cured. Confidence is the cure for many diseases. He appreciated the service mindset of the nurses and said that their smiles increases the confidence of the patients to recover soon.
The Chief Minister presented the Nightingale Award to Jemimal Christopher, R. Priyadarshini, Shashi Kumar, John Marshall, Bhuvaneshwari, Prescilla Rodrigues, Bharti Patil, MM Rathi, Shailaja BM, B. Renuka, Kavita, Dr. Sanjay M Peerapur.
Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao and senior officials of the department were present.
